The hotel offers a serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxation, and I particularly loved the beautiful pool area with a great escape after a long day.

The breakfast spread was quite limited with few options, making it less excellent compared to what I expected from a hotel of this caliber.

We were moved to a superior queen room and had an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge and an individual safe. The decor was beautiful. Hotel's location was perfect, in the enlightened garden. Spent our evenings in nearby Saga Bistro And Lounge enjoying drinks and atmosphere...

The rooms were brand-new and beautifully maintained, had a shampoo and a soap. All the services were excellent.

Unfortunately, the pool water was a bit too chilly, hard for me to relax and enjoy my time there. To top it off, I faced a minor issue with the shower head in my Courtyard Standard Room, even though I could manage with the hand-held one. Lastly, the distance from main attractions was somewhat frustrating.

The hotel was a charming escape with fine gardens and a lovely pool area. I enjoyed the relaxing afternoon by the pool and the good live music during dinner, creating such a cozy vibe. Just a minor note, the pool could've been a bit warmer on cooler days, but it didn't really detract from my overall experience! 🌟

Ratan Vilas provided an exquisite experience. The beautiful gardens and well-maintained pool created a serene atmosphere. The attentive staff ensured our comfort.

The golden malted waffles for breakfast were a dreamy start and the Indian cuisine in the restaurant was divine, especially the spicy curries and fragrant biryanis. With a team like Mr Balveer and his crew, every moment was like a royal affair! The enchanting evening atmosphere with traditional Rajasthani music made our dinners special.

But honestly, if that's the biggest hiccup, it just shines a light on how lovely everything else was!

Set back from the city's chaos, the gardens surrounding the hotel create a peaceful oasis. The rooms excel with powerful showers, comfortable beds, and tasteful decor.

The old-fashioned locking system on the outer doors can feel tedious and less secure if you're not accustomed to it. The hotel sits a bit away from the main attractions, which might make local transportation a bit tricky, especially for newcomers seeking convenience. In the Courtyard Standard Room, I encountered a minor issue with the shower head, though the hand-held one worked fine enough to manage my cleaning needs.

Staying at Ratan Vilas was a royal experience! I was welcomed with a warm smile. My Courtyard Superior Room was huge and beautifully decorated, with large windows that opened up to a lovely private sit-out area. The evening added to the charm with good traditional music during dinner. The staff, especially Mr Brijraj Singh, were really nice too ensure I had a fantastic stay. He arranged a nice camel sunset tour for me, which I highly recommend!

I wish I could have stayed longer!

The staff were very good during a medical emergency by providing timely support and care. The room's comfort was really good. Although we couldn't fully enjoy the lovely swimming pool due to circumstances, the good Indian food, especially the light salads, was a highlight. It's clear that the hospitality here is genuinely heartfelt.

The rooms are beautifully decorated, featuring pictures of royalty, and offer good WiFi connectivity.
